OSL2000 Boot Manager - End User License Agreement |
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (as either an individual or a single entity) and the vendor of the software product ("OSLoader.com") for the use of the software product OSL2000 Boot Manager (henceforth referred to as "Software"). The "Software" includes the computer software, online or electronic documentation, or any other associated materials. By downloading, installing or using the "Software", you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not download, install or use the "Software".
GRANT OF LICENSE
This EULA permits you to use the "Software" on one system per license. This EULA requires that the "Software" be licensed, either individually, or as part of a group. The "Software" should either be licensed to a specified number of systems, or as a Site License for a specified number of systems at a single physical location, or as an Enterprise License for a specified number of systems within a single organization.
COPYRIGHT
All title, trademarks and copyrights regarding the "Software" (including but not limited to any text, images, photographs, illustrations, animation, video, audio, and music incorporated into the "Software"), the accompanying materials, and any copies of the "Software" are owned by the software vendor. The "Software" is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the "Software" like any other copyrighted material. Except as otherwise expressly provided, the software vendor grants no express or implied right under the patents, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property rights.
In short, the "Software" is licensed, not sold. Also, the "Software" can be freely distributed in its original form and you can make as many copies as you want.
RESTRICTIONS
WARRANTY
THE "SOFTWARE" IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The software vendor does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within the "Software".
LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SOFTWARE VENDOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER
(INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR LOST
INFORMATION) RESULTING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF
THE SOFTWARE VENDOR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
In short, the software vendor assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the "Software".
TERMINATION
The software vendor may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of the "Software" and all associated materials.
